CURRENT PROJECTS

  • Ranch Bunkhouse Sewage System Upgrade

The bunkhouse is due for a sewage upgrade to ensure the system is in good working order.

  • Gutter Restoration

Replace aging gutters across our historic barns, eliminating water hazards and protecting the buildings from further water damage.

  • All-Weather Paddock Shelters

Build covered shelters over existing paddocks, giving horses a healthy open-air alternative to stalls during wet weather and replacing capacity lost from decommissioning the creek-side barn to meet environmental compliance requirements.

  • Property Signage Overhaul

Replace outdated signage throughout the property with updated signs to guide visitors safely, and communicate the rules and history of this special place.

  • Manure Pad Relocation

Relocate the existing manure pad away from the creek to meet environmental compliance requirements and protect the surrounding land and waterway.

  • Repurpose 8-Stall Barn

Repurpose our existing creek-side barn into a new functional space that serves our programs, riders, and horses, while bringing the property into environmental compliance.
